OUR RETURN POLICY

We accept all unused, unworn merchandise for a store credit within 7 days of purchase. Any items received by mail outside of the 7 day return period will be charged a 50% late fee from the value of the items returned.

Exceptions: All items marked ‘Final Sale', all sale, clearance or marked down items, $5.99 hijabs, hijabs opened from their original packaging, and all hijab accessories are non-refundable and will not be accepted for a return, refund or store credit.

All items purchased with a discount or promotion of 25% off or more can only be refunded as store credit.

All shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are to be paid for by the customer. 

Items must be received in their original, resell-able condition with the original tags attached. If any returned items are received worn, stained, altered or damaged you will not be eligible for a refund and the items will be returned to you at your expense.

How are my refunds credited?

All refunds will be credited to a Bliss Hijab e-Gift Card, depending on which method you choose.
